Jennifer Way is an Associate Professor of Art History at the College of Visual Arts and Design, University of North Texas. In teaching and research, she specializes in the history, methodology and theory of art since 1900, with particular interests in historiography, methodology and theory; commodity culture and art; technology, art and culture; African American art since 1900, and American, British and Irish art since 1940. Her current project, "Representing Ireland for America: Visualizing National Identity in an International Context, 1949-1963," developed from work she initiated in Dublin as a Fulbright Senior Fellowship in the Department of Art History, Trinity College
