UCD Clinton Institute for American Studies

Outreach

The Clinton Institute will act as a resource for the wider community in Ireland by promoting a programme of public events, lectures, performances and exhibitions by leading American cultural figures, artists, politicians and intellectuals. As such, it will be an independent source of information on America for Irish people.

The Clinton Institute Building will be a premier location for receiving distinguished American visitors and it is hoped that it will become a unique place that facilitates cultural and social interaction between Ireland and America and also serves as a resource for the American community in Ireland.

The building will have a dedicated exhibition space and cater for film and performance arts.
The outreach educational mission of the Institute will be underpinned by a comprehensive website that will provide information about the Institute’s teaching, research and public activities.
